"I started out making mud pies and pizza in my backyard, at the age of 6"
I always knew I wanted to venture in to the restaurant industry, I took culinary classes all throughout high school. After I graduated I moved to Sanibel Island Florida, had an amazing mentor who taught me how to make stunning croissant pastries along with European style sandwiches. Working there for some time I ended up managing the small bakery and it was such an incredible opportunity for me.
Moving home South Dakota I got a full time job at the hospital to pass the time but began really missing the bakery. I couldn't wait any longer so when summer came along in 2019 I purchased a mobile bakery food trailer.
Although it is a bakery I don't just specialize in baking I have fresh espresso coffee and hard ice cream to make gourmet milkshakes and sundaes. There is something for everybody, always have good vibes and that late night music you'll love.
I pledge to always provide exceptional customer service and continue to improve my menu each and every year.
